Simple and easy online form to fill out quick process in and done wish they had an extended purchase agreement so I could have bought and paid for 5 months and not have to think about it again but oh well autopay is the only option would recommend to a friend

Owners are super helpful and friendly. My unit was clean an swept when I got there.
