Mount Storage Blanco is at 115 Blanco Avenue on the south side of town, just east of US-281 and right next to Lowe’s Market.
- From Johnson City and the north: Take US-281 south through Blanco and turn left (east) on Blanco Avenue at Lowe’s Market. Mount Storage is right behind it.
- From San Antonio, Bulverde and the south: Take US-281 north and turn right on Blanco Avenue at Lowe’s Market.
- From Wimberley: Take RM 32 west to US-281, turn right, and drive about a mile and a quarter into Blanco. Turn right on Blanco Avenue at Lowe’s Market.
Blanco State Park is about a mile away, and Canyon Lake is about 21 miles.

Are the online prices a special?
Yes. Where a unit shows “first 3 months, then” a regular rate, the online price is a move-in special for your first 3 months. After that, the regular rate applies.
How do I rent a unit?
Pick a unit above and select Rent now. You’ll choose your move-in date, e-sign the lease, upload a photo ID and pay online. Your gate code arrives by email, and you can move in the same day, 7 days a week.
What do I pay at move-in?
Your first month’s rent (prorated), a one-time admin fee and a refundable security deposit, plus tenant protection if you choose it. Checkout shows every amount before you pay. You get the deposit back when you give 14 days’ written notice and leave the unit broom-clean.
How do I move out?
Email us at info@mountstorage.com at least 14 days before your move-out date; notice must be in writing. Rent for your last month is due in full and isn’t prorated or refunded if you move out before the end of the month. Leave the unit empty, swept clean and unlocked by midnight on your move-out date to get your security deposit back.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. The lease requires coverage for your belongings. Add tenant protection at checkout, from $12 a month, or use your own homeowner’s or renter’s policy.
What size unit do I need?
A 5’x5′ is about the size of a hall closet, a 5’x10′ fits a studio or one-bedroom apartment, a 10’x10′ fits a two-bedroom apartment and a 10’x20′ is about a one-car garage. The size guide has more detail.
