We've only been a tenant for a short while but the staff has always been responsive and courteous whenever I've needed them. They're transparent on pricing and policies. And they're the most affordable option I've found in area for climate control specifically.

Great place for short term and long term storage, got ours while we transitioned from our apartment to our new house and never had a problem or a worry about if my belongings were safe or being stolen. Great place for sure!

I am a current customer at Mount storage units!! And would like to say that these units are wonderful. The property is very well kept clean and great to look at. Very well maintained.. the customer service is very respectful and willing to help wherever needed we all know how life can get hectic sometimes and things may come up they are very understanding and willing to take the time out to reach out to you and help wherever they can I would like to think Jose Garcia for always being so prompt with his responses with any questions that I may have… definitely highly recommend Mount Storage

Nice friendly very clean gated facility. The people who work there have always been extremely helpful and understanding. I have been extremely happy and feel safe storing my thing at Mount Storage.
