Mount Storage Aransas Pass is at 161 S Arch Street, on the east side of Arch Street between Wheeler Avenue and Yoakum Street, one block east of Commercial Street (Loop 90). Harbor Landing RV Park is next door, and H-E-B on Goodnight Avenue is a few blocks away.
- From Corpus Christi and Portland: Take SH 35 north and follow TX 35 Business (Wheeler Avenue) into Aransas Pass. Arch Street is one block east of Commercial Street, between Wheeler Avenue and Yoakum Street.
- From Rockport: Take SH 35 Business south; it becomes Commercial Street. Turn left on Wheeler Avenue, then right on Arch Street. Mount Storage is on the left.
- From Ingleside or the Port Aransas ferry: Take SH 361 into Aransas Pass, turn right on Yoakum Street, then left on Arch Street. Mount Storage is on the right.
Bringing a boat? The launch ramps at Conn Brown Harbor are about a mile and a half away.

How do I rent a unit?
Pick a unit above and select Rent now. You’ll choose your move-in date, e-sign the lease, upload a photo ID and pay online. Your gate code arrives by email, and you can move in the same day, 7 days a week.
What do I pay at move-in?
Your first month’s rent (prorated), a one-time admin fee and a refundable security deposit, plus tenant protection if you choose it. Checkout shows every amount before you pay. You get the deposit back when you give 14 days’ written notice and leave the unit broom-clean.
How do I move out?
Email us at info@mountstorage.com at least 14 days before your move-out date; notice must be in writing. Rent for your last month is due in full and isn’t prorated or refunded if you move out before the end of the month. Leave the unit empty, swept clean and unlocked by midnight on your move-out date to get your security deposit back.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. The lease requires coverage for your belongings. Add tenant protection at checkout, from $12 a month, or use your own homeowner’s or renter’s policy.
What size unit do I need?
A 5’x5′ is about the size of a hall closet, a 5’x10′ fits a studio or one-bedroom apartment, a 10’x10′ fits a two-bedroom apartment and a 10’x20′ is about a one-car garage. The size guide has more detail.
