We've only been a tenant for a short while but the staff has always been responsive and courteous whenever I've needed them. They're transparent on pricing and policies. And they're the most affordable option I've found in area for climate control specifically.

Great place to park a boat. We're very close to the boat launch. Rent is very reasonable. Only draw back is it's grass parking so a lot of mosquitos. Take spray with you.

The owners are very polite and very helpful and work with you the best they can. I'm a single mom and couldn't afford to pay my unit and got behind a lot and they helped me out and majority discounted a fee to get my stuff out and charge me only $120 and to allow me to get my stuff out of there before auctioning it off. They are very very good people and have big hearts I'm very helpful to single moms like me.

Nice friendly very clean gated facility. The people who work there have always been extremely helpful and understanding. I have been extremely happy and feel safe storing my thing at Mount Storage.

I set my unit up online and it was super simple and quick to get set up. I had my unit number and access code right away. The only issue I had was the day I went to go move stuff into my unit there was still a lock on my unit so I called and they were able to fix it right away. Love that there is room between the units and it's in a great location. Thank you!
